2. Who We Are

FSRX is a private archive of interpretive and strategic guidance. Content is provided for informational purposes, and consultations are delivered by manual approval only.

3. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

You must be 18+ to use this website, subscribe, or request a consultation.

4. No Guarantees

FSRX does not promise, guarantee, or warrant any outcome. All information is provided "as is." You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

6. Manual Approval & Right to Refuse

Consultations are not automatically accepted. FSRX may decline requests at its discretion, including for safety, ethical, capacity, or fit reasons.

7. Consultations and Delivery

Consultations are offered as:

• →The Index Inquiry (30 min)
• →The Classified Analysis (60 min)
• →The Black Codex Session (90 min)

Delivery format may be voice/video as agreed. FSRX may end a session if boundaries are violated, abuse occurs, or protocol is not respected.

8. Payments (Crypto Only)

FSRX accepts crypto payments only (BTC/USDT). Prices are displayed in USD-equivalent and paid at the invoice rate.

You are responsible for:

• →Correct network selection (e.g., correct chain for USDT)
• →Network fees
• →Sending payment within the invoice window (if applicable)

Crypto payments are generally irreversible.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, Rescheduling

Refund Policy (strict but fair):

• →No refunds after a session has been delivered.
• →If a session is cancelled by FSRX before delivery, FSRX will refund the paid amount minus network fees, where feasible.
• →If you request cancellation after payment but before scheduling, refunds are at FSRX's discretion and may be denied.

Rescheduling:

• →You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice.
• →Less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a used session, unless FSRX chooses to accommodate.

No-Show:

If you do not attend within 10 minutes, the session is considered delivered.

10. Confidentiality & Discretion

FSRX maintains discretion as a standard. You agree not to record sessions or redistribute materials without explicit permission.

FSRX may keep brief operational notes to maintain continuity and integrity of service delivery.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• →Attempt to access restricted systems or disrupt site operation
• →Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• →Use the site for unlawful purposes

FSRX may block access for violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content, text, design, and materials are owned by FSRX unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSRX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
